Position Overview:
Startek is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns, issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and personalized service.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed thoroughly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 CSEC subjects, including English A.
- At least three months of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
Skills and Abilities:
