CLAIMS SERVICE ASSOCIATE
PORT-OF-SPAIN BRANCH
We require an individual to fill the position of Claims Service Associate at our Port-Of-Spain Branch. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will assist in achieving maximum operational efficiency in the processing and settling of claims and with recovery from third parties and their insurers.
Rwquired Skills/Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration or equivalent
- Insurance Diploma
- Minimum of Six (6) CSEC General Profociency subjects or equivalent
- Excellent Human Relations and communications skills
- Knowledge of the General Insurance Market
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position
Specialized Techniques/Knowledge:
- The ability to deal with the public courteously and professionally
- Ability to work in a busy and hectic environment
- Ability to prioritize, work on own initiative and under a tight schedule
