Job brief
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate selection.
- Onboard new hires
- Support the performance management process
- Identify employee training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with Jamaican Labour Laws and company policies across all HR functions
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as HR Officer
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Extensive knowledge of the Jamaican Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BSc Human Resource Management
- HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
