An insurance company based in Kingston is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves prospecting new clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales of insurance products. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls during work hours to secure meetings with potential clients.
• Pitch insurance products and facilitate sign-ups.
• Provide clear and accurate information on product offerings to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Handle client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and submit completed forms.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the manager.
• Request referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
• Submit a weekly activity and sales report to the Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (tertiary education in Business or Sales is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings for client sign-ups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
