Job Summary
As a Toll collector, you will be responsible for assessing, collecting, and registering toll fares for vehicles ranked from Classes 1-4 which pass through your assigned toll lane, based on the automatic vehicle detection system/the height and length of the vehicle. You will also be responsible for issuing machine-printed receipts, or on occasion prepare handwritten cash receipts. Cashiering is a vital part of this role and therefore requires the incumbent to examine notes (local and foreign currency) to ensure that they are not counterfeit or mutilated.
Toll Collectors are also required to comply with regulations applicable to Toll Collection as well as the safety of themselves and others. Toll Collectors are also expected to demonstrate and maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times. This includes exercising self-control when dealing with rude, inappropriate or irate customers. The roll also requires strong documentation skills, as you would be required to document any anomalies that occurs throughout the shift.

Education/Experience
- Minimum Five (5) CSEC Subjects
- Cashiering experience is an asset but not required
