RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Oversee and maintain food-grade factory machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues related to juice filling equipment and other production systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.
- Work closely with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes for food safety and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Support new equipment installations, factory utilities management, and factory upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to factory personnel on food-grade equipment handling and maintenance.
- Manage and maintain factory utilities, including boilers, air compressors, ammonia systems, and water softeners, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Any other related duties assigned.
EDUCATION/ TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a food-grade manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of juice filling equipment, factory utilities, and maintenance practices in the food and beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience with boilers, air compressors, ammonia systems, and water softeners.
- Proficiency in CAD software and troubleshooting tools.
