POSITION PROFILE:
The Finance Manager will is responsible for the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, management of accounts receivables and payables portfolios and provides support to the General Manager in making strategic decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Preparation of Monthly Management accounts
- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to management staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise and provide strategies that the company should take to maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans
- Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
- Manage the preparation of the subsidiaries budget.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- ACCA certified
- Five 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with an Enterprise Planning Tool would be considered an asset e.g. Epicor
