TEAM MEMBER
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
NVQ-J Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation or
Completion of Secondary School Education or
Functional numeric and literacy skills
Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
4 CXC or GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, with a minimum of 6 months experience as a Supervisor;
OR 2 CXC or GCE subjects including Mathematics and English Language with a minimum of 3 year’s supervisory management experience in a Restaurant or manufacturing environment.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Tertiary level Diploma or Certificate in Food Service Management or related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Management or Supervision;
OR a minimum of 4 CXC or GCE subjects including Mathematics and English Language, with a minimum of 6 years experience as a Manager and /or Supervisor.
All Applicants must be:
- Pleasant and Customer oriented
- Able to work nights, weekends and Public Holidays
- Knowledgeable of good sanitation and hygiene practices
- Positive and have the willingness to learn
Applicant must have or obtain:
- Attained a High school certificate
- Valid Identification (Passport, Driver’s License, Voters ID or Birth Certificate)
- T.R.N Number
- N.I.S Number
- A valid food handler’s permit
- A valid commercial bank account
- Two (2) written recommendations
- Two (2) passport size photographs
