Qualifications, Experience & Specialized Skills:
★ Fluent in German and English
★ High school diploma or equivalent and TPDCO Certificate
★ Previous experience in customer service or the Tourism Industry
★ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
★ Attention to detail and organizational skills
★ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
★ Strong computer skills, including MS Office
★ Highly professional and ethical standards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
★ Responsible for sales, reservations and the payment of excursions.
★ Organizing and hosting welcome meetings.
★ Selling and organizing excursions and Transportation arrangements.
★ Responding to clients’ queries, helping guests, quickly solve any problems that arise.
★ Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
★ Dealing with unforeseen ‘non-client’ problems, like flight delays, transfer delays or weather conditions
★ Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the resort and the local area.
★ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel experience.
★ Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
★ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
