Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Responding to inquiries from customers about the availability and cost of vehicles as well as taking reservations from service departments and external customers.
- Assist customers with their inquiries on future reservations or anything on the account’s services
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Participating in all refreshers, reviews or courses for policies, procedures, system and method updates and regulations as required..
We require that you have:
- 1 year BPO customer service experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Preferred 3 CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language or Customer service related HEART Level-II Certificate.
- City and Guilds Mathematics and English accepted.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building and rebuttal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Government ID, NIS, T.R.N
- Ability to type a minimum of 26wpm with a 90% accuracy
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be flexible to work a schedule within 24 hours period any days week.
- Ability to work with difficult customers in difficult situations.
- Solid customer service attitude, self-motivation, and critical-thinking ability
- Comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Empathetic Skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem solving skills required.
