Responsibilities

Product Development & Delivery

• Translate complex requirements and mockups into fully functional, high-quality features.
• Collaborate with teams to define, design, and implement new product functionalities.
• Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and write acceptance tests.
• Oversee all stages of product development, including design, testing, and implementation.
• Plan product releases and upgrades, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.

Agile Methodology & Team Collaboration

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, incorporating feature requests and adapting to changing priorities.
• Set sprint goals, monitor progress, and address production issues during sprints.
• Refine agile methodologies based on performance metrics and client feedback.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and manage sprint and release planning.

Stakeholder Engagement & Roadmap Development

• Define the product vision and create a roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Liaise with end-users and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Act as a product ambassador, sharing knowledge and addressing questions internally and externally.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Create technical specifications, test plans, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Ensure adherence to user-centered design principles and design quality standards.
• Debug embedded systems and multi-threaded code effectively.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development architecture and web technologies.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
