In the Yacht Ownership part of the Yachts division (www.yachtownership.com), we design spacious, robust, performance-driven cruising catamarans in collaboration with Robertson and Caine. We also purchase a large number of sailing monohulls from Groupe Beneteau for our charter fleet. The yacht sales activity at Travelopia Yachts includes the sale of new charter yachts in the Moorings and Sunsail ownership programs, the worldwide exclusive distribution of Leopard Catamarans and the sale and brokering of used yachts, either out of the charter fleet or privately owned.

What you will be doing:

• As the Yacht Sales Agent , you will be meeting with charterers and visitors from hotels and cruise ships and describing the yacht ownership program and its benefits. In order to do this you must gain in-depth knowledge of the Guaranteed Income and Option to Purchase Ownership Programs.
• You will be responsible for following up, providing contracts, financial proformas, explaining the financing opportunities for those that require financing.
• As a Yacht Ownership Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting YO databases for buyers and convert to sales.
• You will also be required to liaise with current yacht owners when necessary and from time to time meet customers of other Yacht Ownership Sales Agents for yacht tours and possible sea trials.
• Under the guidance of Line Management, perform tasks that ensure The Moorings’/Sunsail’s compliance with the Travelopia Customer H&S Policy.
• Employees must be aware of the responsibility placed on them to maintain and healthy and safe work environment for both staff and visitors.

What we are Looking for:

• Prior sales experience and or building a book of business.
• Passionate about travel and/or boating.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM system or other like system, Talk Desk communication hub, and Docusign contract management system.
• A Team Player that can function on a day-to-day basis without direct supervision.
• Good general knowledge of yachts and yacht systems both sail & power.
• A person with excellent communication skills both in person and written. English a must and other languages a plus but not required.
• Must be able to travel from time to time for Yacht Exhibitions and other related Yacht Sales required travel
