Key Responsibilities:
1. Wedding Planning & Coordination:
- Assist couples in planning and personalizing their wedding experiences.
- Manage event timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of ceremonies, receptions, and special requests.
2. Client Communication & Service Excellence:
- Serve as the primary contact for wedding clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct venue tours and consultations with potential couples.
- Address client concerns, last-minute changes, and special accommodations.
3. Vendor & Team Coordination:
- Work closely with florists, photographers, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
