It is the responsibility of the Administrative Assistant to coordinate and supervise the management of wedding events from planning to execution of the event according to the requirements of each client,
• Comply with the strategy defined by the departmental management to ensure compliance with the KPIs established for their area of responsibility.
• Proactively make suggestions to the Wedding Manager to improve guest satisfaction.
• Know and comply with the standards established by Marriott as well as the type of memberships existing in the Marriott Bonvoy Program.
• Know and inform to its collaborators all the SOPs and policies related to the Weddings and Events department.
• Manage supplier invoices.
• Verify that the agreed mark-up requirements are met.
• Manage all payments with accounting to comply with the agreements with suppliers.
• Create the events in NewPlan (where applicable)
• Receive the BEOS and upload them to the Abrhil system so that employees can collect their commissions.
