Moon Palace Jamaica is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Wedding Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team.

Role Description

A full-time on-site role located in Ocho Rios for a Wedding Customer Service Agent. The Wedding Customer Service Agent will provide attention and service to couples who wish to start planning their wedding more than a year in advance of the ceremony date; offering excellent attention and service to avoid complaints. The candidate will professionally and completely hand over follow-ups to the Wedding Specialist on time.

The suitable candidate should possess the following:

Requirements:

• Establish initial contact with the couple.
• Listen to and understand the couple's needs.
• Provide general information and address specific questions from the couple.
• Confirm assigned locations and assist with changes to them.
• Gather necessary information and provide event details.
• Professionally and completely hand over follow-ups to the Wedding Specialist on time.
• Understand and read wedding contracts.

Experience and Qualification:

• 1 Year Experience in Customer Service role
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Administration, Tourism, Events Management or related fields. 
• The ability to use Office Suite & Canva
• Web and Social Media Management
• Basic knowledge of design platforms
• Opera management
