The Inbound Logistics Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of inbound logistics, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in receiving, inspecting, and storing goods. Operating on a principle of “First Time Right,” the incumbent will oversee inbound processes to ensure seamless material flow, supporting production and inventory goals. This role demands strict adherence to inventory accuracy, quality, and safety standards, achieved thorough effective supervision of warehouse personnel and collaboration with procurement and inventory control teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inbound logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate receiving, inspection, and storage of goods.
• Ensure high standards in inventory accuracy, quality checks, and proper documentation of inbound materials.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to meet performance and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain stock levels and optimize material flow.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols within the inbound logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound activities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a focus on inbound operations.
• Certification in Inventory Management.
• Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
