Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.

 Responsibilities

• Review goods delivered document (invoices, packing slips etc
• Prepare and send Delivery Batch ReporT
• Assist with answering the phone calls received in the department
• Print Invoices
• Collaborates with the warehouse personnel and supervisors.
• Partner closely with the warehouse management team to ensure warehouse activities are effectively scheduled and executed;
• Warehouse Administrative Functions ( Email, Memo Drafts, Liaise with internal and extern customers/stakeholders
• Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received
• Enter all information into the system for deliveries.
• Maintain all records/logs related to deliveries and receivals
• Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping, warehouse standards and company procedures
• Any other related duties assigned.

Requirements :

• Associate Degree or 8 CSEC Subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
• At least one year working experience in a similar capacity
