Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse clerk is responsible for the electronic movement of goods into and out of the Warehouse in all cases except to for Invoicing and Returns from customers, Responsible for executing clerical warehouse functions and assisting in a variety of related warehouse duties.

• GP Dynamics data entry for finished goods, materials transfer, PO receipts. 
• Asset in keeping records of all the items coming into the Warehouse concerning the quantity, type, and price and to oversee transport and delivery and receiving processes. 
• Assisting in recording, ordering, and receiving of the merchandise 
• When employees need guidance through the Warehouse, clerks offer to help with a warm attitude and readiness to answer their questions. 
• Assist in coordinating intercompany inventory movements between Warehouse Supervisors, Logistics staff and Inventory department. 
• Report on stock variances and assist with variance investigation.
• Interface with Customer Service, Technical Service, and delivery personnel. 
• Postings to other EIG sites/companies as assigned. 
• Assist in monthly/annual stock taking as required. 
• Assisting in maintaining Warehouse Logs and to provide reports on operations based on a monthly or as needed basis.
• Assist with the Warehouse Dispatch when required to
• Assist with The Bonded Warehouse when Required to.
• Assist with Time and Attendance reporting when required to.
• Maintain the filing system of the warehouse.
• Assist in monthly/annual stock taking as required.
• Promote safety awareness and the development of a Safety Culture within the company.
