Conduent is hiring Shopper Support Associate earn over 500JMD per hour must be fully flexible. Sign on/Stay on bonus of US$350. Conditions apply

Conduent is now hiring Shopper Support Associates to work at the Portmore location to start in February. Interested candidates must have all the requirements listed.  

 

We will be having Walk in Interviews on Monday-Thursday from 9AM to 2PM. It will be held at 10-16 Grenada Way Kingston. 

 

  • Valid ID
  • NIS
  • TRN 
  • Proof of Qualification (  Must have 3 CXCS including English or A High School Leaving Certificate with City & Guilds English or CXC English Aa)
  • Birth certificate 
  • 6 months- 1 year experience in BPO industry ( Healthcare sector is a plus) 
  • Must be able to work ONSITE at our Portmore location 
  • Experience working on a Voice account
  • Flexibility to work any 5 days of the week including weekends and Jamaican public holidays
  • BPO experience required 
  • Must reside in St Catherine
  • Typing speed required 20wpm 
  • Must have all the original documents required.
