Waitress

The core duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress encompass greeting and seating guests, accurately taking and relaying orders to the kitchen and having a thorough knowledge of the menu to offer suggestions and upsell items such as appetisers, desserts, and beverages.

Some Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact between customers and the restaurant, and are responsible for providing excellent customer service. This includes greeting customers, making recommendations, and ensuring customers are satisfied with their food and experience. 
    
• Take orders for food and drinks, and may also process payments. 
• Serve food and drink to customers in a prompt and efficient manner. 
   
   Clean up and keep the restaurant well-stocked. 
•   
• Prepare drink, and check that customers ordering alcohol are of legal drinking age. 
   
  Answer questions about menu items, such as cooking methods and ingredients. 
•  
   Assist with the open and close the restaurant
