WAREHOUSE DISPATCHER

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of goods in the disbursement of invoices to the Warehouse Attendants for the timely and efficient retrieval of these goods to Customers

WAREHOUSE DISPATCHER – MONTEGO BAY

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of goods in the disbursement of invoices to the Warehouse Attendants for the timely and efficient retrieval of these goods to Customers.

Other duties/responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate all aspect of the delivery process in an efficient and timely manner
• Coordinate workflow with Customer Pick-Up Room and Warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for dispatch
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their delivery status and any potential delays
• Assist in the research of discrepancies of shortages/overages or incorrect deliveries.
• Maintain accurate record of shipment, returns and manage filing system utilized by the dispatch area.
• Ensure that regular contact is maintained with the Customer Care team to update the Customer
• Enhance the customer shopping experience during the delivery process whenever needed.
• Ensure company compliance and AEO standards of the Warehouse policies that ensures a safe working environment is maintained through the observance of safety rules, by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum of Five (5) CXC Subjects (Mathematics, English etc.)
• Two (2) years’ experience in Dispatch or Logistics role is preferred
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good at problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent time management skills
