We are seeking a driven and experienced AT&T Solution Provider Sales Specialist to lead outbound sales efforts targeting AT&T Business customers. This role involves identifying and migrating customers to AT&T services, managing the sales funnel from lead generation to closure, and leveraging AT&T’s tools and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively gather and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
· Contact and migrate business customers to AT&T services, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
· Manage and track sales opportunities through the entire sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and successful closure.
· Promote and sell AT&T Business solutions, including:
o Dedicated Internet
o Shared Business Fiber
o Mobility - Wireless
· Utilize AT&T systems such as ETech (ordering system) and Alliance Portal (Quote & Order Tools) to manage customer accounts and process orders efficiently.
· Stay updated on AT&T product offerings, solution provider processes, and industry trends.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in outbound sales, with a focus on business customers.
· Must have experience with AT&T Business products (Dedicated Internet, Shared Business Fiber, Mobility - Wireless).
· Proficiency in AT&T tools is highly preferred.
· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, & More
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
