COMPETITIVE SALARY

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact customers on behalf of our client for the collection of deliquent accounts through telephone calls and emails 
• Negotiate payment terms and methods when right party is reached
• Respond to customer queries and take appropriate action
• Submit disputes on behalf of customers through our client portal
• Submit invoices to customers through our client portal
• Adhere to FDCPA laws 
• follow up with delinquent customer through emails

Qualifications and Experience Required

• At least 2 year experience with Third Party Collections
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Must have at least 5 CXC
