Television/Video Producer

As a Television/video producer you will play a critical role in overseeing the production of high-quality video content for our clients across different industries. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage all aspects of the video production process in all three phases: pre-production, production, and post-production. You will need to be an expert in project management, creative direction, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and timelines for each video project.
• Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and other production team members to ensure that each video is produced on time and within budget.
• Coordinate pre-production activities, including script development, casting, location scouting, and scheduling.
• Oversee the video shoot, ensuring that all elements of production are completed as planned and on schedule.
• Manage post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and color correction.
• Ensure that all video content meets the creative, technical, and quality standards set forth by the television company.
• Manage and organize all project files and documentation, including video footage, scripts, and release forms.
• Lead and manage all aspects of video production for clients, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, casting, location scouting, filming, editing, and distribution
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, marketing, and project management to develop and execute on video concepts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of video content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video production, including emerging technologies and techniques.
• Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and other production staff.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Television Production or Media and Communications.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in Television/Video Productions
