Vendor Servicing Specialist Role available Montego Bay
The Vendor Servicing Specialist acts as the liaison between partners, customers, and customer ambassadors to ensure a professional and positive experience. This role will handle all aspects of the end of term process and several post booking activities needed to maintain and grow partner relationships. In addition to transactional support and industry knowledge, this role requires a hands-on approach, with creative problem-solving skills and the drive to look for ways to improve processes.
