The University Registrar has the responsibility and is accountable to the Associate VP for Academic Affairs, to provide leadership, to plan, organize and manage all activities related to the institutional records, including serving as the institution’s Archivist.
This position performs a wide variety of administrative support services that contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the team of the Department of Students’ Services.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs, the successful applicant will have responsibility for assisting in the coordination and monitoring of all academic programmes.
The jobholder is responsible for the effective, efficient and coordinated administrative efforts. The Executive Assistant is the principal contact to the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean’s Senior Executive both internally and externally.
