Tutor (Hybrid or Fully Remote)

Assess students’ performance through a variety of methods. Plan, direct and administer the development, review and revision of curricula that aligns with the needs of: a Third Grader, and a Sixth Grader

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional educators with the primary responsibility of providing quality learning experience for students.
• The responsibilities for this position will include all the following: teaching, student advising, research activities, service and cooperative extension.  Your responsibilities include daytime involvement from Mondays to Thursdays only.
• Coordinate and facilitate the development of curricula.
• Manage the production of text-based instructional materials and other learner support systems.
• Design, develop and maintain program databases and records systems to ensure the proper archiving of curriculum products.

• To liaise with relevant administrative and academic departments across the primary schools in the region on administrative and student support matters.

• To plan, priorities and organize the day-to-day work in accordance with deadlines and agreed objectives.

• To apply initiative and judgment to solve day-to-day problems with flexibility and timeliness.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST

• Teacher Training
• Teaching experience preferably 5- 10 years at a Primary / Preparatory School Institution.
