Transaction Verification Officer - SME
Salary: $6,500.00
Major Responsibilities
• To manage and handle data processing functions on a day-to-day basis.
• Checks, processes, and verifies client entries and uploads to online platform.
• Prepare Offer Letters
• Processes orders, invoices, billings, payments, and requests in an organized manner.
• Consults with clients to resolve complaints and minor financial and credit transactions.
• Update and maintain databases with new client information.
• Conduct annual renewal of client files and conduct audit checks of
information submitted by customers
• Interacts with cross-functional teams to process and integrate related data.
• Transpose information on excel and analyze if required for reporting functions.
• Communicates with clients to confirm transactions and request any additional information that may be required.
• Performs administrative duties related to data processing from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or any other related field and relevant
experience in a credit environment.
Minimum Skills
• Sound analytical skills
• Strong software/IT related skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent internal and external customer relations skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to function in a technology-prevalent environment, utilizing
computers and a variety of software as a work tool.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
