Training Supervisor

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a skilled training supervisor to implement industry-leading training programs for our company. As a training supervisor, you will be required to assess current training development systems, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback. You may also be required to conduct research to identify specific staff training and quality needs. 

To be successful as a training supervisor, you should be proficient in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilities. Ultimately, a top-class training supervisor is able to quickly assess the needs of the company and design specialized training programs to enhance productivity. 

Essential Functions:  

Training Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited by the ones described as follows. 

  • Designing and administering Training programs. 

  • Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities. 

  • Guiding managers and supervisors in developing training skills. 

  • Providing expertise in development design. 

  • Delivering training programs for Staff Members. 

  • Provide clear insight into performance drivers and the levers which impact performance. 

  • Give recommendations for process improvements based on the customer experience and feedback. 

  • Conduct presentation & business simulation with new hires 

  • Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities. 

  • Conduct meetings regularly with inspection and audit team to help consistency in teamwork. 

  • Ownership of customers satisfaction  

  • Actively participate in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and dismissal of support resources 

  • Produce periodic reports of technical support operations to company management. 

  • Lead by example 

  • Any other duties, responsibilities and/ or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. 

Qualifications:  

  • Related degree or equivalent relevant work experience 

  • Must be bilingual in English, both oral and written language skills 

  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment. 

  • Strong time management skills. 

  • Must possess strong customer relationship management skills, including working in a global environment and interacting with senior management. 

  • Must possess strong organizational and process management skills, ability to manage with influence in a highly matrixed environment. 

  • Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices. 

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. In particular, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed. 

  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. 

  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with leaders across the organization. 

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically. 

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
