We are looking for a driven & proactive individual to join our team and provide training and support to our Caribbean-based SAS customers in the Legal Tech industry. Experience with customer support and strong presentation skills are required and knowledge of the law and legal tech is preferred.

The Position

We are looking for high achievers with a passion for the law, customer service, and technology to join our growing team as a Trainer for the Caribbean Region. The position demands a motivated and competitive self-starter with a robust legal academic background and an ambition to advance within the customer support industry. Prior customer service experience would be advantageous for success in this role. Your main responsibilities will encompass creating and executing training programs for the vLex client base across the Caribbean region. This involves training clients on the company's existing and new product range, with a primary focus on elevating skills, knowledge, and utilization to align with organizational objectives.

The candidate will be working remotely and reporting to the Head of Training, the role will involve online meetings and live demonstrations of the product.

 

Key Roles

Training

  • Train accounts in the Caribbean in support of existing account managers. 

  • To contact all accounts regarding training and support throughout their subscription.

  • Run regular meetings with the relevant Account Managers regarding the training of their accounts.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all vLex products, content, and developments

  • Contribute to creating and planning the training sessions on offer from vLex.

  • Contribute to creating and maintaining our video training resources.

  • Support with training new hires in your region on our platform.

Customer Support

  • To provide non-technical customer support to accounts in your region. 

  • To filter technical support requests through to the relevant team members. 

  • To work alongside our Account Managers to report bugs and feedback to the appropriate teams.

Key Requirements

  • A law degree is preferable

  • 1 to 2 years experience in a Customer Support Role 

  • Working within the industries of technology, law or publishing is desirable

  • Confident, professional, and calm communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Curiosity for learning

  • A proactive and resilient personality

  • Confidence in dealing and liaising with a variety of customers

  • Ability to meet and exceed targets

  • Ability to work well within a tight-knit team

  • Efficient time management skills
