Job Requirements
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team! This role is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our call center agents. The ideal candidate is passionate about coaching, skilled in communication, and dedicated to improving customer service standards. 


  • Develop and conduct engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning courses, and role-play scenarios.
  • Assess trainee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. 
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a call center training role or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and call center operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
