Trade Marketing Executive

You are a hands-on commercial professional with experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) sector. You take pride in coordinating perfect store execution and performing trade audits. You are a team player and enjoy working together with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to execute our strategy seamlessly. You bring a super positive, hungry, and driven energy to the local team and are excited to reach our targets together.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Trade Marketing Executive your role is to:
• Conduct trade visits in local market. 3-4 days per week on your assigned routing.
• Establishes close working relationships with the trade to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.
• Provide trade marketing information and reports (weekly-monthly) related to performance and accounts to ensure that the Key Account Manager is fully informed.
• Coordinate the execution of POSM (point of sales material) & Assets to WIN with Consumers & Shoppers within priority Channels.
• Support in monitoring & tracking of Chiller Assets and keeping focus with KAM on Distributor deployment.
REQUIREMENTS
• First Degree in Business Administration/Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Computer skills in all basic applications, i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in sales, marketing, or trade marketing with a record of high drive, delivery, and personal performance preferably with a FMCG company.

• Strong ability to deal with rejection and perseverance to create new opportunities
