Tour Guide – Trelawny & St. Ann
As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups on tours, providing detailed information about points of interest, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Lead groups on scheduled tours, providing engaging and informative commentary.
• Develop and deliver content tailored to the interests and backgrounds of the group.
• Answer questions and provide additional information as requested by guests.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests throughout the tour.
• Handle logistical aspects of the tour, such as coordinating transportation and managing schedules.
• Collect feedback from guests to improve future tours.
• Stay updated with new information and developments related to tour topics.
• Promote additional services and tours offered by the company.
• Be a Host/Hostess to the guests and serve food and drinks on locations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
• And an amazing personality!!

Working Conditions:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
