The Theatre Coordinator creates opportunities for increased use of the PSL theatres for visiting and existing medical personnel through visitation, engagement and events. The Theatre Coordinator also coordinates procedures for the theatres.

Responsibilities
  1. Introduce and represent Prosurgicare Services to the medical community of Jamaica.

  2. Acquire doctors for the utilization of our operating facilities as well as our consultation rooms.

  3. Acquire referrals from doctors for an assortment of procedures performed onsite

  4. Establish a database of surgical and medical professionals.

  5. Organize surgery dates with theatre and associated medical staff 

  6. Attending regular briefings with Supervisor and additional Prosurgicare staff as needed

  7. Communicate with our current and future clients regarding their specific needs and wishes for their surgical procedure and theater use.

  8. Support the organization of small meetings for the purpose of public relations and sensitization of our offerings and services. 

  9. Other tasks as directed

Qualifications and requirements
  • At least 5 CSEC/CXC subjects (including Math and English A)

  • Professional business demeanor

  • Strong sales skills - 3 years experience

  • Strong English language skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Flexibility and problem solving talent
