TEMPORARY RECRUITER The Collective Solution family requires a talented, detail-oriented, excellence-driven Recruiter to join our team. The incumbent will support the full spectrum of our talent acquisition operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilizes sourcing tools to identify suitable candidates
• Screens, assess and schedules candidates
• Conducts interviews and coordinates next-step transitions
• Builds a useful pool of potential candidates
• Determines applicant’s suitability by analyzing job description, qualifications and candidates’ alignment with company culture

• Ensures compliance with all hiring requirements
• Promote continuous exceptional candidate experience by providing excellent customer service, and ensuring candidates are assisted in a timely and professional manner

• Develop creative and engaging ways to attract and build relationships with candidates
• Monitors and updates the company’s Application Tracking System

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Asc. in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2-4-year recruiting, HR experience (or any position with exposure to conducting interviews) in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated experience in successfully handling large staffing projects (an asset)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to learn and quickly apply knowledge
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Good judgment and efficient time management skills
• Clear and demonstrated understanding of teamwork
• Customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills
