We are looking for an energetic Rooms Division Trainer whose main purpose is to design and deliver customer service and technical skills training programs across all departments of the Rooms Division, using different training methods and considering different learning styles, to engage, motivate and meet company objectives. The Rooms Division Trainer will also maintain a training database and audit service quality throughout the resort.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BSc. Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field
Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a hotel across the Rooms Division, 2 of which should be at a supervisory level or as a Certified Trainer.
