Process remittance transactions for customers
The successful candidate will possess:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ progressive experience in the field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Money Transfer Transactions-Accurately
Payout Money Transfer (cash) to customers and give change where necessary
Ensure send/receive Money Transfer forms are completed appropriately by customer.
Check to ensure customer signature is captured.
Properly file transaction receipts and forms daily.
Balance cash daily & follow the balancing procedure.
Prepare necessary documents for remittances to be processed
Deal effectively with customers’ queries regarding remittances.
Dispatch correspondence, transaction receipts, forms to relevant areas.
Assist in the processing of all mail received daily.
Assist with the preparation of reports, when requested.
Photocopy/print/scan required documents to perform duties.
Assist with the organization/coordination of promotional activities and participate as necessary
