The Temporary Tele-Sales Representative assists with various customer accounts to generate growth and development. This role reports to the Trade Execution and Development Manager and liaises with senior management to meet deadlines within a limited working schedule.

Tele-Sales Job Duties:

  • Contact potential or inactive customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the Trade, Execution and Development Manager when needed
  • Provide information on updated customer information
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Prepare packages for overseas shipments
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


Tele-Sales Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 CXCs
  • Experience in Sales preferred
  • Excellent Customer Care and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Maintain a Strict Level of Professionalism, Confidence and Confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Basic Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Organizational Skills
  • Highly motivated and able to prioritize efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and reliable
