β Tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (not necessary but preferred).
β Certifications in the technical field (preferred).
β Experience in technical reporting and documentation.
β Ability to multitask effectively while handling computer-based work and phone conversations.
β Minimum of 4 CSEC/GCE/CAPE passes (including Mathematics and English).
β 1 year of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is desirable.
