Position Summary: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will handle inbound calls related to various merchant issues, such as statement inquiries, funding, bank account charges, and service queries. You will provide technical assistance for the CardPointe platform and terminals, addressing any POS device failures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer requests and gather feedback for service enhancement.
  • Maintain confidentiality while communicating effectively.
  • Clearly articulate information in various situations.
  • Manage multiple tasks while documenting customer interactions accurately.
  • Commit to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Meet productivity standards and complete tasks on time.
  • Consistently show up ready to take on the day!
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow instructions diligently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 CXCs / City and Guilds (including English) OR 6 months of Customer Service experience OR a Customer Service Certificate from HEART.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience are required.
