• 1 Technical Associate – Compensation & Benefits
• 1 Technical Associate – Executive Search

This is your chance to work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to impactful client solutions in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Both Technical Associates Will:

• Assist the Managing Director and Consultants with research, data analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate client deliverables, manage databases, and prepare proposals.
• Support high-level client interactions and maintain professional relationships.
• Bring curiosity, initiative, and integrity to a team that values collaboration and growth.

Compensation & Benefits Track

If spreadsheets are your playground and market trends fascinate you, this is your lane. You'll:

• Maintain and analyse compensation data and salary benchmarks.
• Research regional, industry, and economic factors to support client recommendations.
• Help design compelling presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Manage survey outreach and ensure data accuracy in our proprietary database.

Ideal for you if: You have a keen eye for numbers, enjoy structured analysis, and want to support strategic pay decisions for leading organisations.

Executive Search Track

If you're people-oriented and love uncovering hidden talent, this is your calling. You’ll:

• Research and identify potential candidates for active searches.
• Conduct screening interviews.
• Manage background, reference, and academic checks.
• Engage directly with professionals and client representatives.
• Support full-cycle search operations and candidate experience.

Ideal for you if: You’re an insightful communicator, organised, and curious about what makes a great leader—and how to find them.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Social Sciences, etc.)
• 1–2 years of corporate experience (consulting, HR, finance, or similar fields are a plus)

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and professional
• Hungry to learn and contribute within a consulting environment
