Influx is looking to expand its team with experienced and driven Tech Support agents and a potential Team Lead to support our client in the IT sector. This fully remote role will challenge your technical skills, test your leadership abilities, and enhance your experience. You will work closely with overseas teams to assist in troubleshooting and day-to-day operations.

Position Overview

As part of the Influx team, you will lead, recruit, and train a team for our client, with support from Influx’s in-house training, coaching, and evaluation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's business and platform to provide effective resolutions to customers. Navigate the tools and platforms provided by the client and master its functionalities to provide support to potential customers.
- Meet client's expectations and help them to grow their business and in consequence their partnership with Influx
- Learning, adapting, and navigating the client's tools and platforms to optimize performance and reliability for both the client and their customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage team dynamics effectively.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our client’s business and their platform to provide their customers with the most effective resolution.
- Lead, find, hire, and train team members.
- Work flexibly across various time zones, including evening training sessions with our CEO team in Australia (for the first 3-6 months).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree qualifications are preferred but not required if you have a combination of work experience and certification in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the tech field, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity, coding, or software engineering.
- Experience using Microsoft Intune software is preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Engage with advanced IT projects covering cybersecurity, programming, networking, and/or software engineering.
- Previous experience at the user level with MS Intune.
- Leadership maturity with a team or stakeholder management experience.
- Minimum laptop specifications: Intel Core i5 with 8 GB RAM.

Additional Details:
- Schedule: Initial training will involve evening sessions for the first 3 to 6 months, after which working hours will align with American time zones.
- Flexibility: Must be available for various time zones (8 hours shifts)
