Job Description
In this role, you will be answering customer questions for a range of companies around technical support and web development.
Duties:
- Providing timely and accurate technical support and assistance to customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Identifying and diagnosing technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Having a deep understanding of the product or service being supported to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints to track trends and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data protection, and service levels.
- Communicate clearly and effectively via in fluent English
What We’re Looking for:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role dealing with technical support/software support
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to multitask well, have great attention to detail, and be able to handle high volumes, all while providing a great customer experience.
- Must have a laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM and a processor of a core i3 or greater is required to handle multiple tools
- Internet Speed: Download: >= 60mbps / Upload: >= 60mbps
- Soft Skills: Data Analytical Skills, Prioritization/Multitasking, Researching Abilities, Patience and Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Technical Expertise: Information technology or technical support background is required. Familiarity with WordPress-specific coding standards is a plus.
- WordPress Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, and core functions, knowledge of eCommerce integration & theme customization within WordPress is highly desirable.
