Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager at Blue Waters Products Limited. The Talent Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement. They will collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees. The Talent Manager will also be responsible for training and development programs, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Talent acquisition and recruitment experience

• Experience in employee development and performance management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

• Ability to work well in a team

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in the beverage manufacturing industry is a plus
