Overview of the opportunity:

Role: Assistant Officer, Talent Acquisition (UTA)

The JESS Talent Acquisition Support Assistant Officer is responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures within the Clients’ UTA process area.  The  Assistant Officer also supports the Talent Acquisition Solutions to foster collaboration and team work amongst the other officers.  This position applies knowledge, independent judgment and firm policies to complete moderate to complex University Talent Acquisition processes. 

Education/Experience

• Associate degree with minimum of six months’ customer service focused work experience
• Highly organized in high volume work environment
• Previous experience supporting a remote/US customer a plus
• Previous scheduling / reservation experience a plus
