We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.  

A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up to date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs. A good recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements. 

 

Essential Functions:

Talent Acquisition Recruiter responsibilities include but are not limited by the ones described as follows. 

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. 
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. 
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. 
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. 
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. 
  • Completing paperwork for new hires. 
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. 
  • Managing internship programs. 
  • Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. 
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more CXCS including English Language/Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field. 
  • The ability to conduct various types of interviews to identify the best fit candidates. 
  • 1-2 years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting, recruitment processes and databases. 
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies and hiring profiles. 
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation. 
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Writing background (grammar buffs wanted) 
  • Leadership ability /Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated Critical Thinking ability.
  • Strong attention to detail skills. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency. 
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multi systems at once. 
  • Demonstrated strong skills of Microsoft Windows and browser applications. 
  • Active online presence and familiarity with social media. 
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and think on your feet to provide sound, quick solutions. 
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts. 
  • Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement.
  • Must have copies & originals of your birth certificate, qualifications, TRN, NIS and ID.
  • Must be able to work onsite. 
  • Must be flexible to work ANY Full-Time Shift including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift within 24 hours, any 5 days of the week.
