We are now accepting City & Guilds English and Maths with additional CXC subject or with a High school certificate to work at our Portmore location as Healthcare Associates.
No CXC, No Problem, Apply today with a HEART Level II in Customer Service or High School Leaving Certificate to work at our Portmore location ONLY. We accept City & Guilds Mathematics & English (lvl 1 to 3) with a High School Leaving Certificate or additional CXC subjects for our Healthcare Associate role that will be based in Portmore.
Our Job Fair will be held on Tuesday July 2 2024 from 9AM - 2PM. You can find us at 10-16 Grenada Way, RKA Building New Kingston.
Please see the requirements for processing:
- Must present a Valid ID
- Must have NIS
- Must have a TRN
- updated resume ( hardcopy)
- Must present original Proof of Qualification ( minimum secondary school leaving certificate or HEART level 2 certificate or 3 CXC subjects including English Language)
- City & Guilds Mathematics and English ( lvl 1 to lvl 3) with a High School Leaving Certificate/ Heart Level 2 or additional CXC subject is accepted
- Must have Birth certificate
- 6 months- 1 year experience in BPO industry ( Healthcare sector is a plus)
- Must be able to work ONSITE at our Portmore location
- Experience working on a Voice account
- Flexibility to work any 5 days of the week including weekends and public holidays
- BPO experience required
