BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for placing the highest priority on sourcing and recruiting quality candidates and continuously strive to meet the goals set by assigned division; utilize research and advertising mediums to identify potential candidates; develop a strong partnership with internal and external resources to ensure the successful recruitment of quality candidates.
MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Recruiting quality candidates and striving to meet the goals set by assigned division while adhering to departmental policies and procedures as well as complying with local employment laws.
- Utilize internet research and advertising mediums to identify potential candidates
- Enthusiastically sell opportunities that the company offers including the positive aspects of the positions (e.g., available work schedules, compensation, benefits, etc.)
- Ensure that current information is posted with external contacts in a timely and accurate manner, as assigned.
- Establish a good working relationship with department contacts in order to meet and maintain goals and objectives
- Assist in the administering of the employee referral program, as assigned
- Attend job fairs, visit schools, attend community organizational recruiting events, etc.
Team Interfaces/Customer Service
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts.
- Cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks
- Provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations and improves level of service being provided
- Treat all internal/external customers, team members and department contacts with dignity/respect
- Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in high volume recruiting required, preferably in the BPO industry.
Other
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel required
