Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst serves as a critical link between business needs and technological solutions. This professional ensures that our organization's IT systems align with its operational goals, helping to optimize processes, improve efficiency and troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

1. Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or propose system.           Daily
2. Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware, software and operating systems.                                                                                                                      Daily
3. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs                                                                                                                                Daily
4. Provide Help Desk support to all end users                                                     Daily
5. Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes. As required
6. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems including user access and component configuration  As required
7. Record and maintain hardware and software inventories site and/or server licensing, user access security.                                                                                                                                   As required
8. Install, configure and maintain components/equipment                                  As required
9. Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and peripheral                    As required
10. Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase and use.   As required
11. Work as a team member with other technical staff                                         Daily
12. Write and maintain system documentation                                                    Daily
13. Maintain confidentially with regards to the network                                       As required
14. Record system problems and resolution for future reference                          As required
15. Assist personnel of other departments as a technical resource
16. Provide on-the-job-IT training to staff members as required.
17. Provide computer orientation to new staff members.
