Summary/Objective:
The System Engineer works on a range of projects as well as post implementation support for clients. Our Project range from SMB to enterprise and telecommunication service provider deployments.
To advance in this role requires a constant focus on learning through all formal and informal opportunities. Candidates must have the ability to be hands on with a keen focus on delivery of objectives The System Engineer must attain a number of product certifications during the probation period including VOIP PBX, Genesys Contact center certifications and Cloud PBX technologies ( Microsoft/CISCO). As a prerequisite to our inhouse training the candidate should already have an intermediate knowledge of networking, routing and IT security.
